About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agile Transformation Specialist to join our team at Morrisons. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in driving cultural transformation and organizational development across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crafting and executing efficient recruitment solutions to attract top-tier talent and support the growth of our business.
  • Supporting, coaching, and challenging line management on various HR matters, including absence, disciplinary, and succession planning, to ensure compliance with legal standards and promote a positive work environment.
  • Identifying and nurturing talent through skill development initiatives and succession planning, to ensure the continued success of our business.
  • Proactively managing employee relations to ensure compliance with legal standards and promote a positive work environment.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all colleagues, to maintain the trust and confidence of our employees.
  • Leading strategic HR projects to align with organizational goals and drive business outcomes.
  • Overseeing absence and sick pay processes to effectively manage costs and promote a healthy work-life balance.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced, agile, and demanding environment, preferably within Manufacturing or Logistics sectors.
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly MS Office and HR systems, to effectively manage and analyze data.
  • Capability and confidence to provide guidance and coaching to site management, to promote a positive work environment and drive business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with core HR policies and processes, to ensure compliance with legal standards and promote a positive work environment.
  • Flexibility in working hours and readiness to travel as needed for site support and project involvement, to drive business outcomes and promote a positive work environment.
