Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Technical Trainer to join our team at Pybus Recruitment Ltd. As a Vehicle Technician Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to apprentices and technicians in the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver training programs to ensure apprentices meet the required standards for their apprenticeship
- Develop and update training materials and courses to meet industry needs
- Maintain and develop training aids, workshop facilities, and resources
- Assess apprentice work in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Appropriate level of occupational competence in vehicle maintenance
- Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance
- Approved teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one
- Full Driving License holder
- First Aid at Work Qualification or willingness to undertake
- Satisfactory enhanced DBS check
