We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Engine Tuning Expert to join our team at Omega Resource Group in Northampton.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to work on some of the world's most advanced engines, taking responsibility for delivering engine and vehicle calibration programs.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in high-performance gasoline engine and vehicle calibration, with a strong understanding of emissions and OBD requirements.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver engine and vehicle calibration programs, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Manage a small team of engineers, providing guidance and direction.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve program goals, considering health and safety, environmental, and energy impact.
  • Maintain high-quality work, adhering to company standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in high-performance gasoline engine and vehicle calibration.
  • Strong understanding of emissions and OBD requirements.
  • Degree in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent qualification.
  • Effective communication skills, both technical and managerial.

Salary:** £64,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
