We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in tendering for new projects and providing innovative solutions to our clients. With a strong background in construction and rope access, you will be responsible for estimating costs and developing project proposals.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing company that provides market-leading solutions to the UK's largest Geotechnical and Structural projects. You will have the opportunity to work on complex projects with clients such as Network Rail, and will receive ongoing training and development to continually upskill you.

Key Responsibilities

* Estimate costs for new projects and develop project proposals
* Provide innovative solutions to clients
* Work closely with the project team to deliver projects on time and within budget
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

Requirements

* Strong background in construction and rope access
* Experience in estimating costs and developing project proposals
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
