Sanitation Specialist

We are seeking a diligent Sanitation Specialist to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our Lidl Store on Beezon Road in Kendal.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for our customers by thoroughly cleaning and maintaining the store's trolley bays, car park, and outside spaces.

You will operate industrial cleaning machinery with confidence and carry out minor maintenance tasks when needed, upholding hygiene and Health and Safety standards at all times.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the store's appearance by cleaning floors, surfaces, and equipment.
• Operate industrial cleaning machinery safely and effectively.
• Carry out minor maintenance tasks as required.
• Ensure that hygiene and Health and Safety standards are met at all times.

Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance is beneficial but not essential. You should have a hands-on approach and a keen eye for detail.

A competitive hourly pay rate of £12.40 - £12.60 per hour is offered, with additional payments for work during bank holidays and night shifts.
