Job Title: B2 Licensed Helicopter Engineer

Job Summary:
Morson Talent is seeking a highly skilled B2 Licensed Helicopter Engineer to join our team at Oxford Airport, the heart of the UK's civil helicopter industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and certifying the Airbus H135/H145 rotorcraft, supporting both civil and military applications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide engineering support to flight operations, ensuring safe and effective aircraft performance.
• Perform maintenance inspections and non-routine repairs, including avionic and electrical system repairs, as directed by the nominated Licensed Aircraft Engineer (LAE) Supervisor.
• Lead a maintenance team, ensuring high standards are met for the safe operation of aircraft.
• Oversee avionic and electrical fitters, certifying their work as compliant with regulatory standards.
• Carry out off-aircraft avionic and electrical technical work in the Avionic Workshop when required.

Requirements:
• Comprehensive knowledge of helicopter avionic and electrical systems.
• Familiarity with specialized test equipment for avionic and electrical systems.
• In-depth understanding of Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulations, specifically Part 145 and Part M (Continued Airworthiness Management).
• Flight and airport operations.
• Aircraft line maintenance procedures.
