We are seeking a highly skilled Analytics Manager to join our Digital Product Analytics team in Global Technology. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving a data-driven culture across our organization.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end analytics delivery, including scope definition, approach implementation, and insight delivery.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure output exceeds expectations.
- Partner with product leads to improve product performance based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage reporting of digital product metrics and KPIs.
- Develop and deliver key reporting assets and KPI dashboards that support both product and commercial stakeholders.
- Elevate the ethos of the Digital Product Analytics team through evangelism and demonstration.
- Supervise the delivery of work by 2 BI analysts.
- Prior experience working in an analytics function and leading analytics output.
- Expertise in SQL and Python.
- Working knowledge of BI solutions (PowerBI, Tableau, Big Query, etc.).
- Working knowledge of web/digital reporting solutions (Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
- Experience working with cloud-based analytics solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.).
- Ability to influence business decisions with analytics, using hypothesis-based approaches.
