Your Role as a Trainee Estate Agent

As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion. You will also have the opportunity to optimize every appointment for our Mortgage Advisor.

What We're Looking For
  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a track record of success
  • Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
