Front Desk Operations Coordinator

Crimson Hotels Group is a fast-growing, independently owned hotel operator with seven branded hotels under Hilton and IHG. As a Reservations Agent, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional customer service and meeting guests' needs by booking their rooms and answering their questions.
Key Responsibilities- Answering incoming calls and emails regarding hotel room reservations within required standards.
- Assisting guests with booking, modifying, and cancelling reservations.
- Providing information on hotel facilities.
- Accurately inputting guest data.
- Effectively handling complaints.
You will be expected to possess excellent communication skills (written and oral), to provide top-notch customer service while handling multiple tasks efficiently. Previous experience of working within a hospitality environment is highly desirable. You will also need to be flexible and able to lead by example in terms of living the values, customer service, and teamwork.
