Job Title: Sales Progressor

We are seeking an experienced Sales Progressor to join our team at Tate & Harriss - Property Recruitment. As a Sales Progressor, you will be responsible for managing properties from sale agreed through to exchange and completion of contracts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage properties from sale agreed through to exchange and completion of contracts
  • Liaise with surveyors and solicitors to ensure a smooth transaction process
  • Provide regular updates and advice to clients throughout the process
  • Advise clients on negotiations and ensure they receive the best possible advice
  • Record and input information onto the database
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years' experience in a Sales Progressor role
  • Exceptionally well-organized and literate
  • Able to manage workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Client-focused and target-driven
  • Good interpersonal skills
