As a key member of our digital education team, you will be responsible for leading curriculum development and delivery, monitoring student performance, and promoting high-quality standards across our digital curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead on curriculum development and delivery, ensuring alignment with our digital education strategy.
  • Monitor student performance and collaborate with the Curriculum Manager to improve retention, attendance, and achievement.
  • Maintain close working relationships with the progress team, Learning Leaders, and Digital Leaders to address underachievement and attendance issues.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance value-added outcomes, including the creation of clear schemes of work and high-quality assignments.
  • Plan and oversee the creation of digital learning resources and materials, ensuring they meet our high standards.
  • Assist the Head of Department in leading specific programs and monitoring student progress, including attendance and assessments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in curriculum development and delivery, with a focus on digital education.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of vocational and T-Level qualifications, as well as programming and math skills for computing.
  • Desirable: relevant industry experience and a solid network of industry professionals.
