SpaMedica, the UK's largest provider of NHS cataract surgery, is seeking a Hospital Porter to join our team. As a Hospital Porter, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, providing exceptional patient care, and supporting our clinical teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with car parking and direction, ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
  • Escort patients to their appointments, providing assistance to the elderly with wheelchair access if required.
  • Greet visitors and patients as they enter the building, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Complete triage and ensure patients' paperwork is accurately completed.
  • Perform opening and closing duties for the external car park, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Conduct a daily external walk-round to check for sharps and ensure the building is secure.
