Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Mental Health Consultant to join our team in the Cardiff North West Locality, working with people over 65 years old who require assessment and treatment for functional and organic illnesses.

This is a permanent position, working in the community, including private homes and care homes, as well as in hospital settings. The successful candidate will work closely with other services, including the Community REACT team, Nursing and Residential Care Home Liaison Service, Younger Onset Dementia Service, Assessment and Recovery Unit, and General Hospital Liaison Service.
