Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Resourcing Partnership Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse, including the management of inventory, logistics, and supply chain activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods and materials
  • Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize stockouts
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods
  • Develop and implement processes to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management systems
  • Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 or Higher
