Restaurant Manager Wanted for Grill'd Australia

Are you a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager looking for a new challenge in Australia? Grill'd is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Restaurant Manager across various locations in Australia, including Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Canberra, and Adelaide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage high-performing teams to drive sales growth and engagement
  • Manage rosters, team recruitment, stock management, and compliance
  • Support ongoing team development through check-ins, performance reviews, and talent pipelines
  • Manage business financials and create action plans to impact the restaurant's P&L
  • Engage with the local community through our Local Matters Program
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in the fast food/QSR or hospitality industry
  • Experience leading and managing large teams
  • Direct engagement with budget and financial management, including P&Ls, wastage, and labor reports
  • Passion for people and customer empowerment
  • A hunger and drive to grow your business
  • Flexibility to work on a rotational roster across weekends and public holidays
