About the Role

As a key member of our restaurant team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of quality and service that McDonald's is known for. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our store is well-stocked and organized, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the restaurant's inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and rotating products to ensure freshness and quality.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the restaurant's equipment and building, including painting and completing non-electrical repairs and maintenance.
  • Work with external contractors to ensure that repairs are carried out with minimal disruption to customers.
  • Assist the restaurant management team in operating the store efficiently, including maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Requirements

  • Confidence in dealing with external contractors and the restaurant team.
  • Ability to maintain high energy levels while working efficiently and productively.
  • Understanding of the importance of maintaining high standards of quality and service, as well as cleanliness.
