Job Title: Security Supervisor
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Livingston Designer Outlet. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and staff.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the security team to ensure the effective delivery of security services.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and implement measures to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure customer experience.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a security management role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Hold a valid SIA Door Supervisor/Security Guard license and SIA CCTV license.
