Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Compliance Officer to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and standards.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience within a Quality, Health and Safety role in the Construction industry and a strong understanding of ISO45001 and 9001 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing QHSE initiatives, processes, and procedures.
  • Providing administrative support to manage, monitor, and maintain ISO standards.
  • Monitoring and investigating all accidents/incidents and near misses.
  • Monitoring and maintaining sub-contractor documentation to ensure it is valid and up-to-date.
  • Monitoring employees' submission and completion of H&S records.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your Health and Safety career in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with the Operations Director to ensure continual improvement of our initiatives, processes, and procedures.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, dependent on experience, with pro-rata application to part-time hours. You will also be entitled to our generous company-contributory pension scheme after three months' service and 28 days' annual leave (increasing to 33 days after five years). Sick pay and DBS check are also included.
