Job Title: Plumber / Multi Specialist

Salary: £36,000 + van and fuel card

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Plumber / Multi Specialist to join our team in West London. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing services to our social housing tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform plumbing work related to the construction and repair of social housing units
  • Perform routine and emergency plumbing repairs and maintenance for social housing properties
  • Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot plumbing issues
  • Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, including faucets, toilets, sinks, and pipes
  • Ensure all work meets building codes, safety standards, and project specifications
  • Collaborate with other construction professionals and tradespeople to complete projects efficiently
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
  • Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
  • Provide excellent customer service to tenants and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Plumber / Multi Specialist
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid trade certification and qualifications
