We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Building Inspector to join our team at Service Care Solutions - Construction. As a Building Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that construction projects meet the required building standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with building regulations and codes.
- Assess plans and specifications to ensure they meet building standards.
- Investigate reports of dangerous buildings and take necessary actions to ensure public safety.
- Provide accurate information, advice, and professional support to businesses and individuals.
- Liaise with external agencies, stakeholders, and statutory undertakers as necessary.
- Registered Building Inspector status at either Class 2a (Domestic); 2b (General) or 3 (Specialist).
- Experience in the construction industry, preferably in building control or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
