We seek skilled ceramics instructors with passion for pottery wheel techniques and hand-building methods.

  • Proficiency in wheel throwing, surface design, glazing, clay lifecycle, and hand-building techniques such as coil, pinch, and slab construction.
  • Assist with kiln firing, loading and unloading, and general studio maintenance.

Additional duties:

  • Punctual and adaptable with excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Maintain a positive and respectful demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

  • Varied portfolio reflecting ceramic techniques and styles.
  • In-depth knowledge of pottery and ceramics, kiln operation, and teaching experience.

Job Details:

  • Hourly rate: £16.00-£21.00.
  • Day shift: Monday to Friday.
  • Night shift and weekend availability required.
