About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Education Assistant to join our team at Pink Tile Education. As an Education Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the teacher in creating opportunities for our young people to learn, grow, and thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the teacher in creating individualized learning plans for our students
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as eating, drinking, and personal care
  • Participate in training sessions with nurses, therapists, and senior staff to develop skills in manual handling and other areas
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a safe and supportive environment for our students
Requirements
  • A basic understanding of the care and support required for individuals with physical and neurodisabilities
  • A commitment to providing high-quality support and care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
