Urban Planner

We are seeking a skilled Planner to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. The successful candidate will be working closely with a Local Authority in Sutton to assist with the appointment of a Planner on a 3-month contract, which is highly likely to be extended at the client's discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold SHPs Values, Behaviours, and Leadership expectations at all times.
• Manage the MCM appointments system from status 0 to 3, including planning of jobs with operatives and subcontractors, and updating appointments where necessary.
• Support the Communal Supervisor/Surveyor in delivering an effective communal repairs service.
• Receive requests for communal repairs and place job orders with operatives or subcontractors.
• Follow-on work booked in a timely manner.
• Monitor all actions and variations requests.

Requirements:

• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
• Literate and numerate, with competency in spoken and written English by qualification or interview.
