Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Clinical Support Team Administrator to join our team at Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Clinical Team, ensuring the smooth operation of our Reception Area and contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide a welcoming and efficient Reception Area experience for patients and staff
  • Support clinical staff with administrative tasks, including data entry and record management
  • Manage diary appointments and process referrals
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to patient queries
  • Work collaboratively with the wider admin team to achieve shared goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous administration experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
