Role Overview:

Reeson Education is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a lovely primary school in Enfield. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and a patient, caring approach to supporting students' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and group support to children with SEN, helping them access the curriculum and reach their learning goals.
• Adapt learning activities to meet the needs of individual students, using strategies that promote engagement and development.
• Assist with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs), working closely with the SENCO and classroom teachers.
• Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents, helping to tailor future learning activities.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children with SEN, particularly Autism, ADHD, or other learning difficulties.
• A patient, caring, and proactive approach to supporting students' needs.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other staff.
• A commitment to promoting inclusion and making a positive impact in students' educational experiences.
