Production Operative Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Operative to join our team at a leading manufacturing facility in Bordon, Hampshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Production Supervisor and Team Leader in delivering a smooth and efficient production process.
  • Contribute to the production of moulded rubber components and/or assemblies.
  • Collaborate with management and colleagues to achieve departmental KPIs.
  • Load and transport materials, components, and finished goods.
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping to ensure a clean and safe working environment.

About the Role:

This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The working hours are Monday to Thursday, 07:30 to 17:30, and Friday, 07:30 to 12:15.
