About Becketwell Live

Becketwell Live is a cutting-edge events complex with a capacity of up to 3,500 people. It is designed to host a variety of events, including large corporate conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, major touring concerts, stand-up comedy, family performances, and sporting events.

About the Role

As a Box Office Supervisor, you will support the Box Office Manager in delivering a top-tier ticketing service at Becketwell Live. Your key responsibilities will include developing and managing the rota for the Box Office Casual Team, providing cover for the Box Office Manager during their absence, and managing correspondence, both written and electronic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the rota for the Box Office Casual Team.
  • Provide cover for the Box Office Manager during their absence.
  • Manage correspondence, both written and electronic, and ensure appropriate responses and dissemination to relevant teams.
  • Sell tickets and reconcile daily cash takings, investigating any discrepancies.
  • Be present at designated concerts and events, liaising with the public, promoters, and other departments.
  • Handle general administrative duties, including the collation of weekly sales figures.
  • Provide sales information to promoters, visiting companies, producers, or their representatives as needed.
  • Duty manage the Box Office during events, including managing ticket allocations and preparing ticketing settlements for clients.

We are Looking for Someone with:

  • Exceptional written, telephone, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering outstanding customer care.
  • Proven ability in sales with high levels of customer service.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and technologies.
  • Experience using event ticketing systems is preferred.

2nd Stage - F2F Meeting with General Manager
