Job Summary:

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Dragados S.A. UK Branch, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the Immingham Eastern Ro-Ro Terminal Project. This includes managing subcontract administration, cost and value reporting, and assisting with main contract change management and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage subcontract administration for the delivery of the works, including design, site setup, civils, and marine works.
  • Oversee cost and value reporting to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Assist with main contract change management and reporting to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in quantity surveying and project delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of contract administration and cost management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
