Senior Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at a premium care home near Tewkesbury. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the more advanced elements of clinical care and mentoring junior team members.

About the Role:

  • Support the delivery of high-quality care to residents with complex needs
  • Mentor and supervise junior care staff to ensure excellent care standards
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and medication management

Person Specification:

  • Previous professional experience as a Care Assistant in an elderly care setting
  • Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
