Finance Business Partner Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at Robert Walters Operations Limited. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in providing financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and partnering closely with operational teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Strong Relationships: Build effective relationships with operational teams to challenge assumptions and partner in achieving financial goals.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Provide detailed financial analysis and reporting to support divisional growth and performance.
  • Cost Control Initiatives: Lead cost control initiatives, offering training and guidance to operations teams as needed.
  • Financial Modeling: Design and maintain financial models in Excel/Power BI to provide operational insights.
  • Senior Leadership Collaboration: Collaborate with senior leadership, including the COO and Divisional Managing Directors, to achieve EBITDA targets.
  • Financial Overviews: Prepare and present divisional financial overviews, and attend senior leadership meetings.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, capex papers, and financial models for new developments.
  • Acquisition Analysis: Provide analysis and reporting for potential acquisitions and tender processes.
Essential Qualifications:
  • CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified.
  • Experience in a similar commercial role, ideally with multi-site exposure.
  • Proven ability to build effective relationships with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
