Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Psychology teacher to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lessons, fostering a stimulating learning environment, and preparing students for success in external examinations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver high-quality Psychology lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4
  • Create a supportive and collaborative learning environment that encourages critical thinking and analysis
  • Prepare students for success in GCSE A-Level and beyond
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop the departments curriculum and assessment strategies

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Psychology or a related subject
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Psychology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students
