We are looking for a dedicated Registered General Nurse to join our team at Alexandra House. As a key member of our care staff, you will be responsible for administering prescribed medications, providing treatments, assessing resident care needs, and handling medical emergencies.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £1500 per week, paid weekly. Additionally, you will receive a welcome handshake payment of £1000 upon joining, followed by another £500 after your probation period.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administering prescribed medications following company and NMC guidelines.
  2. Providing treatments such as surgical dressings when needed.
  3. Assessing each resident's care needs thoroughly.
  4. Handling medical emergencies.
  5. Maintaining accurate records to ensure each resident has an individualised care plan.
