Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Community Engagement Specialist to drive tech-enabled community engagement, utilising CRM systems, AI, and emerging technologies.

This is a key role that requires a keen interest in exploring how technology can create new and innovative ways to connect with people.

You will be responsible for creating meaningful connections with diverse communities, including churches, online communities, and other stakeholders.

Your duties will include driving tech-enabled community engagement, identifying and implementing CRM system resources, engaging and responding to audiences across various online platforms, and maintaining statistics of all responses.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.

This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Please note that this is a full-time, office-based role working from our Solihull headquarters in the UK.
