Pan Pacific London is seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste, quality, and presentation.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of food quality. You will work closely with our Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure that all dishes meet our high standards, and you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and guidelines.
  • Oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes are prepared to the required standards.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality throughout the cooking process.
  • Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies for your section.
  • Plate dishes with precision and attention to detail.
