Job Title: English Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced English Specialist to join our team at Interface Recruitment UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance in the delivery of our Applications & Systems toolset.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in maintaining internal tools and systems, including software upgrades and pilots.
  2. Implement new systems globally, ensuring smooth operation and minimal disruption.
  3. Collaborate with IT Infrastructure, IT Operations, and IT Development teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  4. Develop and maintain written instructions for accessing systems, including articles for our internal Knowledge Base and intranet.
  5. Manage applications access for staff across the business, ensuring accurate and up-to-date inventory of technology hardware, software, licenses, and services.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent knowledge of SharePoint, Active Directory, SQL Server Administration, Citrix Xen App, networking protocols, and PowerShell scripting.
  2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in SharePoint 2010/13 Developer and Administration and SQL Server.
  3. SharePoint skills include creating sites, templates, web parts, SharePoint Groups, and configuring unique permissions.
  4. Microsoft SQL Server skills include troubleshooting issues, administration, creating maintenance plans, running scripts, and familiarity with SQL Server Management Studio.
  5. Citrix skills include published application environment, farm configuration, publishing applications, assigning permissions, and troubleshooting.
  6. Experience with Nintex Forms and Workflow is desirable.
  7. IIS and Virtual Server experience are preferred.
  8. PowerShell experience is preferred.
  9. Excellent communication, documentation, and business writing skills in English.
