Finance Specialist

The JM Group is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the payroll team, you will be responsible for handling end-to-end payroll processes for multiple divisions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle end-to-end payroll processes for multiple divisions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure divisional payroll accounts are accurate with HMRC, investigate discrepancies, and manage remittances for third-party entities.
- Provide support and expertise on escalated payroll and HR queries.
- Experience in Maternity/Paternity/Sick Pay Compliance.
- Experience in P11D & P60 process.
- Liaise with HMRC in relation to Tax and National Insurance queries.
- Handle payroll-related contractual administration for executives using the Workday system.
- Experience with Large Payrolls: Familiarity with payroll processes for at least 500 employees is a minimum.
- SAP Knowledge: Experience with SAP payroll systems is highly desirable.
- Strong Understanding of Payroll Legislation: Must possess in-depth knowledge of payroll regulations and legislation.
- Workday System: Experience managing executive payroll using Workday is a plus.
- Annual Payroll Processes: Knowledge of P11D and P60 processes is essential.
- Experience in the aviation sector would be good.
