Nursing Home Director

Mediless Ltd is currently recruiting for a Nursing Home Director to join our team at one of our East of England-based homes. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff members, managing resources effectively, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Home Manager in a Good-rated home and possess a passion for delivering exceptional care. You will also be expected to contribute to the overall success of our organization by driving business growth, developing and implementing new strategies, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families. You will also be part of a dynamic and supportive team that is dedicated to providing high-quality care and support.
The estimated salary for this position is £70,000 per annum, and we offer a range of benefits, including performance-related bonuses and a free Blue Light Card.
