Job Requirements:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Significant experience in highway design, with knowledge of DMRB guidelines and other standards
- Strong understanding of commercial aspects of project delivery
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders
- Familiarity with NEC and/or Project Management principles
