Supply Chain Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Officer to join our team at Indus Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the flow of goods, services, and information from raw materials to end customers.
Key Responsibilities- Inventory Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking of stock levels, storage conditions, and expiration dates.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
- Freight Cost Management: Audit and optimize freight costs to minimize expenses and maximize value.
- Warehouse Operations: Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on supply chain performance, including metrics on inventory turnover, lead times, and cost savings.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards, identifying and mitigating potential risks to the supply chain.
- 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
- Graduate degree in business or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
