Key Responsibilities:- Deputise for the Senior Charge Nurse in their absence and lead the nursing team.
- Coordinate and direct the care of patients in Interventional Radiology.
- Provide clinical leadership for the assessment of patients' needs, implementation, and evaluation of programmes of care.
- Support the Senior Charge Nurse in the recruitment, supervision, development, and deployment of IR staff.
- Registered Nurse with valid NMC Registration.
- Postgraduate expertise within the specialty/area of practice.
- Effective leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Substantial experience at Band 5 level within Interventional Radiology or a similar clinical setting.
