We're a specialist independent provider dedicated to supporting young people with complex learning needs.

As an SEN Teacher, you'll take a creative approach to teaching pupils according to their educational needs, ensuring delivery of the school curriculum in a way that maximises pupils' achievement and ability to develop.

This role requires you to secure high-quality teaching and effective use of resources to improve standards of learning and achievement for all pupils in consultation with the Headteacher/Senior Lead for curriculum and learning.

You'll have knowledge and understanding of strategies that relate to the education and personal development of SEN pupils, including effective behaviour management techniques and opportunities to praise and reward.

Educated to Post Graduate Cert Ed/QTS level, you'll be calm, engaging, resilient, and have an innovative style of teaching, motivated by helping every pupil to reach their potential.

As an Educational Support Worker for Vulnerable Pupils, you'll work alongside our experienced teaching staff to deliver a curriculum that's tailored to meet the individual needs of each student.

As an SEN Teacher with Expertise in Complex Learning Needs, you'll be responsible for implementing a school's vision, aims, priorities, targets, curriculum policies and action plans in relation to classroom practice.
