We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Property Senior Associate to join our team in Birmingham. You will work closely with clients, including housing associations, developers, and other providers, to provide expert advice and guidance on property-related matters. Your strong knowledge of conveyancing matters, including shared ownership, will be essential in delivering high-quality results.

We are looking for a UK qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 4+ PQE experience. You will have a proven track record of managing matters with minimal supervision and assisting senior solicitors with complex matters. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of residential property matters, including sales, new-build sales, shared ownership sales, after-sale transactions, lease extensions, and other matters.
