The Director of Client Services will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of client services, including team development and operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in driving the agency's success by fostering a collaborative and productive work environment, ensuring commercial efficiency, and delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of client services professionals to deliver exceptional client service and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement business strategies and goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Senior account management skills in a PR agency, at Senior Account Director, Client Services Director level.
  • Team leadership skills and experience, including recruitment, training, people management and general operational management.
  • Excellent writing skills, and a willingness to use those skills in client projects, written work, proposals and training.
  • Solid and current media relations experience and skills, for both direct use and for the training and development of the team.
