We are seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to join our team at Amplifon, a world leading private hearing specialist. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for administering hearing tests, assessing client needs, and providing personalized hearing solutions.

About the Role:

You will work closely with our dedicated Sales & Customer Service Advisor to manage your diary and provide exceptional customer service. Our state-of-the-art testing equipment and latest hearing aids will enable you to deliver the best clinical service to your patients.

Packages and Benefits:

  • Basic salary from £40,000 - £60,000 based on experience
  • Uncapped commission with no minimum threshold
  • Company car or car allowance of £5,000

Responsibilities:

  • Administering hearing tests and assessing client needs
  • Providing aftercare service in line with the Amplifon aftercare programme
  • Managing the clinic with the support of a Sales & Customer Advisor
  • Ensuring a professional, courteous, and high-quality service
  • Acting as a role model for Amplifon by developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders

About You:

  • Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser with the HCPC
  • Exceptional standards of customer care and service
  • Commercial sensitivity
  • Strong analytical and judgement ability
  • Effective communication style
  • Organised and efficient with time
