Job Title: Academic Historian

The Zen Educate team is seeking a skilled and passionate Academic Historian to join our educational institution. This role involves creating engaging learning environments, fostering students' love for history, and enhancing their communication skills.

About the Role:
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and educational goals.
- Assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations, providing constructive feedback to support development.

- Incorporate diverse teaching methods and resources to accommodate different learning styles.

Requirements:
- A degree in History, Education, or a related field is essential.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the History curriculum and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate students.

Compensation Package:
- An estimated salary of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
