Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to provide administrative support to our schools across Hampshire. As a Clerk to School Governors, you will be responsible for administering and minute board and committee meetings, advising on governance legislation and policy, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and minute board and committee meetings
  • Advise on governance legislation and policy
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Provide administrative support to schools across Hampshire

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in meeting administration and minute taking
  • Ability to work under own initiative and manage deadlines
  • Impartiality, data protection legislation compliance, and confidentiality
  • Access to internet and home computer with Microsoft Word
