About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in Kilmarnock. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality occupational therapy assessments and interventions to individuals who access our services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough occupational therapy assessments to identify individual needs and develop effective care plans
  • Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to promote independence and well-being
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of occupational therapy interventions and make adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
Requirements:
  • Professional qualifications in Occupational Therapy (OT)
  • Experience working with adults or children, depending on your preference
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
