The role involves working closely with Consultants and other healthcare professionals to ensure the effective organisation of patient care, from initial reception to discharge. This includes collaborating on emergency treatment protocols, participating in clinical audit, and contributing to the development of quality improvement projects.
As a Clinical Fellow, you will have the opportunity to work at registrar-level in the Paediatric Emergency Department, with access to study leave allowance and funding towards Emergency Medicine-based courses. You will also be part of a dynamic team that values flexibility and offers flexible rostering options, allowing you to choose your working pattern over a 3-month period.
