Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Apprentice Recruitment Consultant in Bolton. As a key member of our team, you will initially focus on learning how to resource for our live jobs before being given the training to progress into a full Recruitment Consultant role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and develop skills in recruitment and resource management
  • Support the team in meeting client and candidate needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Contribute to the growth and success of the business
What We Offer
  • An attractive starting salary of between £20,000 - £23,000 with the opportunity to earn bonuses and commission
  • Support and time to complete a NVQ level 3 in Recruitment

Requirements
  • A full driving license and access to a vehicle
  • Customer-facing experience is beneficial but not essential
