Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Principal or Associate Public Health Engineer to join our multidisciplinary team working on various Rail projects in London and the UK.

About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing design services for a wide range of Rail projects, including the production of detailed and performance specifications.
  • They will work closely with colleagues to develop and review designs, ensuring they meet industry standards and project requirements.
  • The role also involves reviewing completed 3D models to ensure coordination with all disciplines.
  • Additionally, the candidate will produce calculations for Public Health design and ensure compliance with relevant industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Designing Public Health systems for Rail projects, including domestic hot and cold water, greywater recycling, and rainwater harvesting.
  2. Developing and implementing Public Health design strategies to meet project requirements.
  3. Collaborating with the BIM/CAD Team to develop the PH design in the 3D model.
  4. Reviewing and revising designs to ensure they meet industry standards and project requirements.
  5. Producing calculations and specifications for Public Health design.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Public Health Engineer in the rail industry.
  • Strong understanding of building regulations and British Standards applicable to Public Health design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proficiency in Bentley Microstation, RevitMEP, or other 3D design software.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD.

Salary and Benefits
